Andy & Eileen's Wedding Day
St Peters Church in Woolton Village, Liverpool, is the final resting place for the lady made famous by the Beatles, Eleanor Rigby. Andy is a huge music fan & when I first met him he told me a lot about the local history, especially the links to the Beatles. I was loving it, Andy clearly knew his stuff when it came to the Fab Four.
I asked " so, you're a big Beatles fan then? " to which he replied, " No, I don't particularly care for them, my passion is dance music, trance, rave, I just love the whole Ibiza scene! ". This came as a surprise to say the least! But what a breath of fresh air! Just proves the old saying right, never judge a book by it's cover.
Church Wedding & Hotel Reception
Andy & Eileen got married at St Peters Church in Woolton Village. We were all patiently waiting for Eileen to arrive, I was outside talking to the vicar who turned around to me and said " my record for a bride being late is 45 minutes, what's yours?!" Yes, Eileen was fashionably late, Andy was as calm as you like though. Eileen was 25 minutes late in the end, so the vicar's record stood for a while longer.
Following the beautiful wedding ceremony & post ceremony photos in the grounds of the church, we all headed off to the Crowne Plaza Hotel to celebrate the happy couple's big day.
